Shipping conditions
Delivery time
The stated delivery times are always approximate and depend on the number of items ordered, the destination country, and the order volume. You will receive the exact delivery date in your order confirmation. Orders received after business hours will be processed the next business day. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Shipping service provider
We ship our products within the European Union using DPD. We ship bulky goods with DB Schenker.

Terms of payment
Cash in advance
With the order confirmation after purchase you will also receive our account details from us by e-mail so that you can transfer the invoice amount to us. As soon as we have received the transfer, you will receive a notification from us and the ordered items will be released for production.
Advantage for you: With this payment method we grant you a discount of 2%.
Invoice*
The ordered items will be released for production immediately after the order confirmation. After receiving the invoice, we grant you a payment term of 30 days and a 2% discount in the first 10 days.
* Please understand that this payment method is only available for our existing customers, authorities and institutes. For the online store, a customer account with separate activation is required. Please contact us for this by phone or e-mail.
PayPal
Through the payment service provider PayPal, the debit of your PayPal account takes place after confirming the order process. The ordered items will be released for production immediately after the order confirmation. PayPal payments are free, fast, secure and reliable for you.
