Ceramic measuring resistors

Ceramic measuring resistors
Ceramic wound measuring resistors are the classic design of Pt100 measuring resistors. They are characterized by a wide operating temperature range as well as by their robustness.
The basic values and tolerances of the measuring resistors offered here comply with DIN EN60751 and DIN 43760. The operating temperature range is -200...600°C.
Since not all sensors are suitable for all measuring tasks, measuring resistors are manufactured according to different manufacturing processes (e.g. external or internal winding) and different sizes.
The offered measuring resistors are basically bifilar and wire-wound. A passivation layer or a ceramic cover protects the winding from external influences. Measuring resistors with other resistance values are available on request, as are thermally pre-aged versions for particularly high stability requirements.

Ordering information for ceramic measuring resistors:

  • The above prices are for measuring resistors with platinum lead wires, but these may vary depending on the procurement costs for platinum. Please ask us for other desired designs and nominal values. The measuring resistors can also be supplied with nickel winding.
  • The prices are valid for tolerance class B according to DIN EN 60751 (±0,3°C).
  • Of course we also supply other tolerance classes on request (e.g. class A, 1/10 DIN). The specified values are valid for 0°C.
  • All measuring resistors are subject to geometrical manufacturing tolerances. If space problems occur in your design, we will be pleased to send you the required values.
  • Please indicate the geometrical dimensions and the resistance value when ordering.
