Transmitter LKM400 for resistance sensors
The LKM400 is a digital, programmable transmitter and can be set for different resistance sensors according to DIN EN 60751. The small design allows integration directly into the cable system. It converts the temperature-dependent resistance value of the sensor into a standard signal of 4...20mA. Lead resistances are largely compensated by means of a three-wire circuit.
The transmitter is supplied configured to customer specifications. Subsequent changes of the sensor and measuring range can be made with our communication interface "LKM S1" with adapter A2 and a PC. For this purpose, the optional ribbon cable must be connected to the transmitter. The required program is available free of charge in the tab "Downloads".
For a small correction an offset can be set by software.
Four variants are available:
- without casting compound and without ribbon cable, subsequent attachment of the cable possible
- without casting compound and with ribbon cable
- with casting compound and without ribbon cable, subsequent attachment of the cable not possible
- with casting compound and with ribbon cable
For configuration the selection menu is available.
When entering your individual measuring range, please note the measuring range of the selected sensor. This can be found in the technical data. The minimum span is 20°C.
