Transmitter LKM430 with self-locking function
The LKM430 is an analog safety cut-off switch for mounting on the standard rail and is designed for the Pt100 measuring resistor according to DIN EN 60751. When the switching point is reached, a potential-free changeover contact relay switches. Even after the supply voltage drops, the relay remains in the previous switching state. Two LEDs provide additional visual indication of the operating state and the switching state. The lead resistance of the two-wire circuit can be compensated on site with the setting controller.Two variants are available:
- Without pushbutton - The relay is reset exclusively by switching the "Clear" input to "GND".
- With pushbutton - The relay can be reset additionally with a pushbutton mounted in the cover.
- The temperature switch is supplied set to customer specifications. A subsequent change of the switching point within the switching range can be made on site with the setting controller.
The selection menu is available for configuration.
When entering the switching point, please ensure that it is within the temperature range between 0 and 300°C.
Other sensors and larger switching ranges are possible with our digital temperature switches LKM436 (resistance sensors) and LKM437 (thermocouples).
