Transmitter LKM136 for resistance sensors
The LKM136 is a digital, programmable temperature switch for mounting in the connection head type B and can be set for various resistance sensors according to DIN EN 60751. When the switching point is reached, a potential-free relay contact switches. An LED additionally provides an optical representation of the switching status. Due to the complete encapsulation with polyurethane, the components are particularly protected.
It can be used in two modes of operation:
-
Safety shutdown switch - Here the self-locking function is activated, the relay is reset exclusively by switching the "Clear" input to "GND". The set hysteresis has no influence on the switching behavior.
-
Temperature controller - The self-locking function is deactivated. As soon as the set value of the hysteresis is reached, the relay is reset. Resetting with "Clear" against "GND" is not possible.
The temperature switch is delivered configured according to customer specifications. Subsequent changes of the sensor, switching point, hysteresis and self-locking can be made with our communication interface "LKM S1" with adapter A1 and a PC. The required program is available free of charge in the tab "Downloads".
In addition, an offset can be set by software.
The selection menu is available for configuration.
Please observe the following notes when entering the switching point and the hysteresis:
-
Switching point, freely selectable in the measuring range of the sensor (see technical data), whole numbers
-
Hysteresis, freely selectable between 0.1°C and 255°C, the switching value must not leave the measuring range
On request, an analysis between 0 and 4kΩ is possible.
An analysis of thermocouples is possible with our LKM137.
