Transmitter LKM105 for Pt100
The LKM105 is a digital, configurable temperature switch for mounting in the connection head type B and is designed for the Pt100 measuring resistor according to DIN EN 60751. If the switching point is reached, a potential-free relay contact switches. A DIP switch is used to configure this as a normally closed or normally open contact. Another DIP switch allows the hysteresis to be changed. The lead resistance of the two-wire circuit can be compensated on site with the setting controller. The components are particularly protected by complete encapsulation with polyurethane.
The temperature switch is supplied adjusted to customer specifications. A subsequent change of the switching point within the switching range can be made on site with the adjustment controller and the 4 additional DIP switches.
The selection menu is available for configuration.
When entering the switching point, please note that it lies in the temperature range between -200 and 480°C.
Other sensors and larger switching ranges are possible with our digital switching transducers LKM136 (resistance sensors) and LKM137 (thermocouples).
